  • Legal compliance: Complying with regulatory requirements and preventing fraud or abuse.
  • Beta Program Improvements: Analyzing Beta User session data to identify areas for application improvement, enhance functionality, and refine AI models.

4. AI Data Handling

  • AI-generated responses and coaching interactions are stored to enhance user experience, generate session summaries, and improve AI performance.
  • No human reviewers analyze non-anonymized AI interactions unless explicitly requested by the user for service improvement or issue resolution.
  • Fully anonymized and de-identified data may be reviewed by authorized personnel to improve AI performance, enhance service functionality, and ensure fairness. This data cannot be linked back to individual users.
  • Users may opt out of storing AI-generated responses upon request.

5. Beta User Data Access

As a Beta User of the Fairness Factor application, you acknowledge and agree that your participation in the Beta Program involves providing valuable feedback to Fairness Factor. To facilitate this process and improve the application, you grant Fairness Factor permission to access and review the details of your sessions within the application. This includes, but is not limited to, your interactions with the AI, the documents you generate, and your progress within Projects. Fairness Factor will use this information solely for the purpose of identifying areas for improvement, enhancing the application's functionality, and refining the AI models. Your session data will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third parties outside of Fairness Factor and its development team. Fairness Factor will maintain reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality of your data.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, analyze usage patterns, and improve our services. These technologies include:

  • Essential Cookies: Necessary for authentication, security, and basic functionality of the application.
  • Analytics Cookies: Help us analyze platform usage and performance to improve user experience.

We do not sell user data. However, we may share necessary information with:

  • Internal Development Teams: Members of our development team, including AI specialists, prompt engineers, quality assurance testers, may have access to Beta User session data for the purposes of application improvement and testing.
  • Third-party service providers: Payment processors, cloud storage providers, and analytics tools essential for service functionality.
  • Legal authorities: If required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

9. User Rights & Controls

Users have the right to:

  • Access and download their data upon request.
  • Correct or update personal information stored in their account.
  • Request deletion of personal data, subject to legal and operational constraints.
  • Opt out of AI session storage to prevent retention of AI-generated coaching interactions.

10. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security practices, including:

  • Encryption of stored and transmitted data.
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Strict access controls to protect user data from unauthorized access.

11. Third Parties

Our Services may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these third-party services or any information you disclose to these third parties.
